Habitat: "Reared on dried insects larvae under bark dead standing ponderosa pine 2 feet above ground. Numerous spider nests present."
Description: Collection date is the date of adult eclosion; the larva of the holotype was collected on March 16, 1968. Cast of last larval instar is slide-mounted in Hoyer's medium.
